Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • A flat rate $4 shipping fee is applied to standard U.S. deliveries only.
  • Expedited U.S. shipping fees 0-1 lb $6.90   1-5 lbs $9.90
  • Processing orders may take up to 1-2 business day before getting shipped. Shipping can take up 3-5 business days depending on it's destination. 
  • Once your order is shipped it is out of our hands and you need to contact USPS should you have any issues. 1(800) 275-8777
  • We are not responsible for international duties and custom charges. Fees may not be charged until delivery.

Returns:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT ONLY. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags still attached.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at cheyennemarieboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit
